V60 Pour Over

A clean, articulate filter brew that lets origin character shine.

Recipe

  1. Rinse the V60 filter with hot water 30s
  2. Add 18g of coarse-medium ground coffee 10s
  3. Pour 50g of water; stir gently; bloom 30s 30s
  4. Pour in slow concentric spirals to 150g 30s
  5. Pour again to 300g, finishing at ~3:00 45s
  6. Let it drawdown completely 45s
